Working directly on-site globally, the team captured the environments, ecosystems, and infrastructure firsthand. Every frame was intentionally crafted to show why these assets matter as strategic, long-term investments for Ascendas REIT.
The Defining Moment: The RFQ Conversation
The turning point came during the request for quotation stage. Ascendas CEO, Mr. Tay, recognized Terrence Huang and remarked, “So it was you… the one I saw at the events. Why are you, as a director, taking photographs and shooting videos yourself?”
Terrence’s reply was straightforward: “It is important to understand and deliver exactly what our clients are looking for, regardless of the position we serve.”
When Mr. Tay asked how well Dreambox could handle the breadth of communications required, Terrence shared a deeper perspective: “I’ve traveled through 26 countries and over 40 cities.
